The much anticipated AfroCAN Fest is back in Tampa Bay this Juneteenth Weekend!

Get your picnic blankets ready and your chic Afro-inspired attire, and join us in Downtown, Tampa for the revolutionary summer-time chic festival celebrating black excellence and culture.

General Admission: FREE w/rsvp

  • Admission to enjoy the classic fest experience with live entertainment
  • Dress boldly in your Afro-inspired chic attire and be spotted by photographers on site identifying the Best Dressed for the evening!
  • Explore the Vendor Village and support all the local black-owned businesses showcasing their products for sale
  • Enjoy a sunset fashion show featuring cultured couture by renowned designer, Elizabeth Carson Racker and more!
  • Embrace Live Fine Art inspired by black culture curated by artist, Kyle Brown of The Colour Brown and more!
  • Learn more about Juneteenth and revolutionary historic leaders
  • Photo Opps with luxury car brand Slingshot of Tampa Bay featuring an array of luxury slingshots for photo opp
  • Explore African-American dishes (for sale) as presented by local black chefs
  • Bring your blankets to lounge on the festival lawn with your own picnic blankets or get culturally creative with a unique picnic set up to participate in the Best Dress Picnic Experience for a chance to win up a premium gift basket by luxury picnic brand, Picnic Ave. Please note, no furniture allowed - blanket style only unless you are an approved vendor.

In addition to street meter parking, parking is available at 717 Parking Lot - (the corner of Cass Street and Central Ave). There is also the City Parking Lot - one block west from Perry Harvey Park on Jefferson Street & Scott Street ( north of Harrison Street) for $1/hr
